NXG Consumers Pvt. Ltd. (“NXG Consumers”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) is currently in a pre-launch / pilot commercialization phase. This Refund Policy explains how refunds will be handled once products become available for purchase.

1. Current Status (Pre-Launch)

At present, no products are sold directly through this website.
Accordingly, refunds are not applicable at this stage.

This Refund Policy is published in advance to ensure transparency and will become effective once product sales commence.

2. Refund Eligibility (Post-Launch)

Once product sales are enabled, refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:

  • The product delivered is damaged or defective at the time of delivery

  • Incorrect product delivered

  • The order could not be fulfilled due to operational or logistical issues

Refund eligibility will be subject to verification and compliance with applicable conditions.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided in cases including, but not limited to:

  • Change of mind after delivery

  • Minor variations in packaging or appearance

  • Products damaged due to improper handling after delivery

  • Requests raised beyond the specified review period

Food and snack products, once opened or consumed, will generally not be eligible for refund, except where required by law.

  • Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method where feasible

  • Processing timelines will be communicated at the time of approval

NXG Consumers does not guarantee refund approval unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.
